I can help you as you determine your specific treatment goals, and work with you to develop a personalized plan to address your concerns. Sometimes it can be difficult for a person to know what they need, especially when in the midst of a crisis. I specialize in presenting options, and helping people to navigate the path to success. Specialties

I am trained in EMDR for use in trauma and childhood issues. I also utilize cognitive therapy, which is a proactive treatment. I treat depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, and life adjustment issues. I also test for Adult ADHD and work with parents on behavioral plans to address specific behavior.


As an individual in private practice, I can give timely, personal confidential treatment free from some of the constraints of a managed care facility.
